Introduction

A lite healthy dinner which can be eaten with potato, rice, pasta, with just vegetables or just by itself. Though butter is used in the recipe to cook with much of it is left behind in the broiling pan. Each 4 oz fillet is only 100 calories each so a single person could actually enjoy all 3 servings without worry of going over ones caloric values for the day. Ingredients

    12 oz Package of Frozen Grouper Fillets - Thawed
    2 Tbsp of Sweet Cream Butter Unsalted sliced thin*
    Sason Seasoning*

    * Can use your brand and choice to add taste. You can save on fat and calories.

Directions

Place aluminum foil into a baking dish or broiler pan, add in your fish filets, slice your butter very thin and distribute evenly over each piece of fish, sprinkle with seasoning and put under the broiler for at least 10 minutes until fish looks flaky or longer if you prefer your fish a little more well done. Serve with your choice of starch and vegetable for a great dinner or alone as is for a wonderfully lite snack or on some low calorie wheat bread for lunch would work well also..
