Ingredients

    1 pk spinach frozen
    one tbl light cream cheese
    one clove garlic
    pepper
    onion

Directions

saute onion and garlic in olive oil, add cream cheese till melted. Cook frozen spinach, drain and add to cream cheese mixture, add pepper and parm.
