Venison Stew

Ingredients

    Venison
    Potatoes
    Carrots
    Celery Seed
    Onion Powder
    Beef Bouillian Granuals
    Water
    Crisco

Directions

Cut venison loin in small pieces. Grind Celery Seeds. Melt crisco in soup pot. Brown venison on all sides. Add water, potatoes, carrots, celery seed, onion powder and beef boullion. Cook on medium heat for about 1 hour or until potatoes and carrots are tender stirring occasionally.
