    .75 cup chopped bell peppers
    6 garden ripe tomatoes or .5 cup (home)canned tomatoes
    garlic powder
    onion powder
    cayenne pepper (fresh or ground)
    cumin

Directions

brown ground beef in skillet
add bell peppers
add tomatoes
add spices (all to taste)
