Ingredients

5 Pounds of Red Potatoes
6 Medium Boiled Eggs
1 1/2 c Smart Balance Mayo with Omega 3's
1/4 c Yellow Mustard
1 c Dill Pickel Relish
Directions
Boil potatoes until tender. Peel and quarter the potatoes. Boil eggs until hard boiled then peel and chop. Mix together in a bowl the rest of the ingredients and then mix in with potatoes. Refridgerate until chilled.
