Turkey Vegetable Soup

Ingredients

    24 oz 97/3 raw ground turkey
    32 oz no salt tomato sauce
    2 small sweet potatoes, small cubes
    2 medium tomatoes, diced
    1/4 of a large red onion, finely diced
    1 c frozen green beans
    1 c frozen corn
    1 c carrots, diced
    2 tsp reduced sodium Worcestershire sauce
    1 capful of Mrs. Dash Garlic & Herb seasoning

Directions

Throw everything in a crockpot and set on high for 6 to 8 hours until meat is cooked through.
