    Onions, raw, 2 medium (2-1/2" dia) (remove)
    Green Peppers (bell peppers), 153 grams (remove)
    Butternut Squash, 900 grams (remove)
    *Del Monte Diced Tomato, 28 oz (remove)
    Peanut Butter, smooth style, 7 tbsp (remove)
    Broth, Vegetable, Clearly Organic, Best Choice, 4 cup (remove)
    Brown Sugar, .125 cup, packed (remove)
    Chickpeas (garbanzo beans), 1.5 cup (remove)
    Spinach, frozen, 1 package (10 oz) yields (remove)

    garlic - a couple of cloves.
    about 1 tsp powdered ginger (or 2 tbls fresh)
    a dash of cayenne
    1/2 tsp clove
    cinnamon
    pie spice
    nutmeg
    salt

Directions

sautee the veggies, add spices, broth and tomatoes, and cook for about 25 minutes. Add pb, and simmer for about 10 minutes. add beans and spinach, and warm through.
