Blueberry Coconut Milk Protein Smoothie

Introduction

Simple meal, balanced with Protein-Fat-Carbohydrate (P-F-C). Simple meal, balanced with Protein-Fat-Carbohydrate (P-F-C).
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    1 c. frozen wild blueberries
    1 scoop vanilla protein powder
    1 c. Silk Coconut Milk (this not canned, but rather the dairy-free milk substitute)

Directions

Place items in blender and blend until smooth and uniform. Drink and enjoy!

Serving Size: Makes 1 serving, about 2 to 2.5 cups
