4 salmon fillets (3-6 oz each)
1/4 c. fat free Caesar Dressing (Kraft)
1/4 c reduced-sodium soy sauce
1 garlic clove, minced
2. Drain and discard marinade.
3. You can either grill or broil, prepare rack with healthy cooking oil
4. In a small bowl, combine soy sauce and garlic; brush on salmon.
5. Grill or broil until fish flakes easily, basting occasionally.
I serve it with salad, rice, and asparagus (not in nutrition count).
