Chicken Breast, no skin, already cook and minced
Best Choice Instant White Rice, 1 cup
Carrots, raw, 2 large
*Potato, raw, 3 small peelled and cut in chonks
Red Ripe Tomatoes, 3 medium whole (or a can of whole tomatoes) blended / liquified
*Bullion - Chicken 2 Cubes
Water 10 cups
Add an Ingredient
Add the bleded tomatoes and vegetables
let boil and add the instant rice and chicken
cover and let boil again.
Taste for seasoning and it is done.
You can eat it with chips as tortilla soup,
note: instead of chicken you can add meatballs.
Serving Size: 6 bowls of 1.5 cups aprox.
