one half chicken breast, no bone, no skin
promise fat free spread
Add vegetable stock and brown rice cooking 9-11 minutes.
Butterfly Chicken breast 8 oz
Rub in herbs & some promise spread.
Fill one side with sauteed mushrooms & brown rice.
Cover with free breast side to catch chicken flavor. Ping breast meat with a fork and squeeze fresh lemon juice.
Add any leftover stock to bottom of pan & cover with aluminum foil.
Bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Every 10-15 mins, remove to baste. Uncover last 15 minutes to light brown tinge.
Remove, cool & slice into wheels, 1/2 thick.
