Introduction

A quick tasty smoothie. A quick tasty smoothie.
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    1/2 block of firm tofu
    1 Cup Apple Juice
    1 Medium Banana
    1/2 Cup of frozen fruit of your choice (fresh fruit may be substituted if you have it)

    Mixed berries and raspberries are my personal favorites.

Directions

Add all ingredients to blender and blend until smoothie has a consistent appearance.
