Ingredients

    3 tbsp butter divided
    2 cups of egg whites
    3 tbsp honey
    3 oz. low fat cream cheese
    1 cup light plain soy milk
    0.5 cup whole wheat flour
    0.5 cup white unbleached flour
    0.5 tsp salt
    0.5 tsp baking powder

Directions

pre heat oven to 400 degree's f. put one tbsp butter into baking dish and put into oven.
Mix together egg whites and soy milk, soften butter and cream cheese add to wet ingredients blend well, add honey. Then mix salt and baking powder in flour, combine dry and wet ingredients blend well until no lumps exsist. When oven is pre-heated take out the baking dish and add batter, put bake in oven. Bake until bubbly and lightly browned on top. Mix together 1 cup berries and 1 cup non fat yogurt, heat up and add 2 tbsps of sugar. Top the pancake with fruit mixture.
