Introduction

Ingredients

    in your blender:


    ALMOND JOY SHAKE-only 10 carbs/20 protein :)

    1 cup coconut milk [thai brand is good--just use 1/2 can]
    2 Tblspn hersheys cocoa powder/unsweetened
    2-3 pkgs your favorite sweetener. [splenda/stevia]
    1 tsp coconut flavoring [for best effect]
    2 fresh organic raw eggs
    few ice cubes
    [can add ice cubes before serving if you would like, or blend them in for a nice thick frozen shake!! ]

    blend til smooth. quick and easy lunch to roll with!!!
