Ingredients
-
Yellow Sweet Corn, Canned, 2 can (12 oz)
Tomato Sauce, 2 cup
*Del Monte Petite Cut Diced Tomatoes, 4 cup
Flank Steak, 24 oz
Garlic, 3 tsp Diced Chunks
*Green Giant Cut Green Beans, can, 2 cup
Directions
1-Fry Steak in a nonstick skillet to medium well. Pull from heat and let cool. Season with diced garlic while cooking- do not add any oil as the steak has plenty of fat you want to cook off.
2-In a large pot or slow cooker, add all the canned ingredients, draining the water from the green beans and Corn.
3-Cut steak into strips (less than 1/4 inch thick and no longer than 3 inches.) Remove as much fat as possible, and any bones.
4- Add the strips of steak and the garlic diced bits to the Pot (or Slow Cooker.)
5- Simmer together on a medium heat for at least 10 minutes(in the pot), or up to half a day (in the slow cooker.)
Serving Size: apox. 10 bowls ( 12 oz servings)

I suggest spicing to taste with powdered peppers or onsion spice or other spices that should not change nutritional values much....
