Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    2 lb. Eye of Round Roast
    1 Packet Lipton Onion Dry Soup Mix
    2 Cups Water
    1 Bell Pepper, Sliced
    1 Small Bag Baby Carrots
    1 tsp. Pepper
    1 tsp. Salt
    2 tsp. Onion Powder

Directions

Rub down the roast with salt, pepper, and onion powder on all sides. Brown meat on all sides over medium heat. Meanwhile mix 2 cups water with the onion soup mix, and pour into crockpot. When meat is carmalized on all sides place into crockpot then add vegetables. Cook on high 6 hours until done.
