Ingredients

    *Berkley & Jensen - Raw Frozen Shrimp (Extra Large), 32 oz (remove)
    Tomatoes, canned 14.5 oz-1 can, 1 serving (remove)
    Celery, raw, 2 cup, diced (remove)
    *Onion Vidalia raw med onion, 148 gram(s) (remove)
    Swanson Chicken Broth 99% Fat Free, 1 cup (remove)
    Garlic, .6 cup (remove)
    *HARRIS TEETER - Smoked Ham Steak, 20 oz (remove)
    *Cabbage (1 cup, shredded), 2 serving (remove)
    3 bay leaves
    cajun seasoning
    *Gumbo File, Zatarain's Pure Ground, 2 serving (remove)

Directions

cook all except ham, shrimp and cabbage in crock on high for one hour. reduce to low, add ham, cook 5-6 hours. add cook on high add cabbage for 15 mins. add shrimp and file, cook on high 15 minutes.
