IntroductionVegetarian version of a BLT Vegetarian version of a BLT
1 slice whole grain bread, toasted
1 leaf of romaine lettuce
1 slice of tomato
1 T. light Hellman's Mayonnaise
1 oz. slice provolone
2. Using a non-stick flat skillet on high; place slice of cheese on hot skillet and let cheese melt and brown on one side before flipping. Flip and brown other side completely.
3. Spread Mayonnaise on toast, add lettuce and tomato and fried cheese.
Serving Size: 1 - 1/2 sandwich
