I created this recipe for a nutrition project, based on a Ketogenic diet ratio of 3:1, Fat to Carb+Protein. I created this recipe for a nutrition project, based on a Ketogenic diet ratio of 3:1, Fat to Carb+Protein.

Ingredients

    1.5 C Heavy Cream
    2 Haas Avocados (Yields approx 1.5 C puree)
    1.5 C Vegetable Broth
    1 Jalapeno Pepper, seeded
    1/4 C Cilantro Leaves
    1 tsp Ground Cumin
    1/2 tsp Salt

Directions

Serving Size: 4 - 8oz Bowls

In a food processor or blender, combine all ingredients and process until smooth. Serve in chilled bowls. Garnish with Cilantro.
