WWPP: 2 pts. per piece
Artisan bread in 5 minutes a day. Makes about 4 loaves with 10 small pieces each)

Number of Servings: 40

Ingredients

    1 1/2 Tbsp yeast
    1 1/2 Tbsp salt
    3 cups warm water
    6 cups flour (add a little each time you make a loaf)

Directions

Mix and let sit in refrig for at least 2 hours. Then grab a grapefruit size ball (add a little flour as it will be sticky), let rise 30-40 minutes. Bake 15-20 minutes @425. Cut vents in top if desired. Steam if desired
