Ingredients

(Kroger) Fire Roasted Salsa Style Diced Tomatoes in tomato puree 2 cans (14.5 oz each) serving
Extra Lean cube steaks Beef, 24 oz (I use Angus cubed steaks 6 oz each)
Onions, raw, .5 medium (2-1/2" dia)
    Salt and Pepper to taste
(optional add hot sause or red pepper to taste)

Directions

Put mean on bottom layer, cover with tomatoes add onion and cook in 350 oven covered until done to taste and tender. This is better if the mean is well rather than still in a undercooked state. Give the salsa more time to flavor.

(This could be done in a crock pot, but I would not suggest ground or cubed steak if cooking in crock pot. Use sirloin or fat trimmed round about 1/2 in thick.)
