Low sugar chocolate chip cookies

Ingredients

    1/2 cup butter
    1/2 cup splenda
    1/4 cup splenda brown sugar blend
    1 large egg
    1 tsp vanilla
    1 1/2 cup flour
    1/2 tsp salt
    1/2 tsp baking soda
    2 cups chocolate chips
    NOTE: THESE ARE NOT COMPLETLY SUGAR FREE, THEY HAVE ABOUT 2 GRAMS OF SUGAR PER COOKIE.

Directions

1.Preheat oven to 375
2.Using an electric mixer cream butter, and splendas together until fluffy.
3.Add egg and vanilla
4.In a seperate bowl combine flour, salt, baking soda, mix well
5.Using a wooden spoon, combine flour mixture into creamed mixture, mix well.
6.Stir in chocolate chips
7. Drop by spoonful onto greased cookie sheet
8. Bake for 10 to 13 minutes
Makes about 37 cookies give or take, they come out very chocolaty so you can use less chocolate if you like.
