Chicken Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast, 14 oz
FAT-FREE SKIM MILK, 2 oz
Bread Crumbs 4C - 100% Whole Wheat Seasoned 0.33 cup
Black Pepper, 3 tsp
Paprika, 1 tbsp
Red Hot Buffalo Wing Sauce (Franks) 1 tbs, 3 serving
Rinse and cut chicken breasts into nugget size pieces
Pour Skim Milk in small bowl
Mix breadcrumbs, paprika, and black pepper in metal bowl
Dunk nuggets in milk then dredge in mixture and place on baking sheet lightly sprayed with olive oil
Bake appox. 15-20 minutes, flipping half way through or until chicken is done and coating is crisp. Exact time will depend on the size of your nuggets.
Upon removing them from oven brush or wade nuggets in wing sauce then serve.
A side of non-fat ranch dressing or your fave veggie dip provides the cool addition.
