Ranch Rotisserie Pork Loin

Ingredients

    1 - pork loin (I used about 2.5 lb)
    2 T olive oil
    1 pkg dry Hidden Valley Ranch mix
    1 T McCormick Perfect Pinch Carribean seasoning

Directions

Trim fat from pork loin and poke holes throughout roast with fork. Mix remaining ingredients in bowl. Rub mixture over entire loin and rub in to get seasoning into some of the holes. Place in rack for rotisserie and turn on for about 45 - 60 min. (Follow directions for time on your rotisserie.)
