Ingredients

    2.5 lbs. reduced-fat ground pork
    .5 lb 85/15 ground beef
    1 tsp. ground black pepper
    .75 tsp. ground red pepper
    .75 tsp. ground mustard
    1 Tbsp. + 1 tsp. salt
    1.5 tsp. granulated sugar
    .50 tsp. garlic salt


Directions

1. Mix together thoroughly.
2. Shape into small patties.
3. Cook on nonstick foil on cookie sheet at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
