German Potato Salad

Ingredients

    5 red or yellow potatoes
    1/2 cup cider or red wine vinegar
    6 slices turkey bacon, chopped
    2 tbsp olive oil
    2 tsp salt
    2 tsp pepper
    1 tbsp dill

Directions

Quarter the pototes and boil unitl tender. While the potatoes are boiling cook the bacon in a pan until crispy. Drain the potatoes and return them back to the hot pot. Combine the potatoes and bacon with the rest of the ingredients. Serve hot or cold.
