    Milk, 1%, 100 mL (remove)
    Butter, salted, 10 grams (remove)
    Plain white flour (UK), 25 g (remove)

Directions

melt butter and stir in flour to make paste. Pour in milk. Simmer until thick, then remove from heat and stir in grated cheese until smooth.
