Ingredients

    *Lamb leg steak, lean, raw (New Zealand lamb), 900 gram(s) (remove)
    Olive Oil, 1 tbsp (remove)
    *Flour, white, .16 cup (remove)
    *Beef Stock (Knorr Beef Stockpot Makes 500mls of Stock), 28 gram (remove)
    *Tomato puree (1 tablespoon), 2 tbsp (remove)
    Garlic, 1 clove (remove)
    Onions, raw, 4 small (remove)
    Carrots, raw, 6 medium (remove)
    *Asda Charlotte Potatoes, 200 gram (remove)
    Peas, frozen, 150 grams (remove)

Directions

Brown the lamb
add sugar and lightly caramelise
add flour and cook out for a few minutes
add stock, tomato puree, garlic and herbs
Simmer in oven at 160 C for 1 hour
add potatoes, onions and carrots
Cook for another hour
Add peas and cook for 5 minutes
