Introduction

Just what I threw together fast this morning. Just what I threw together fast this morning.
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    Ground beef, lean, 16 oz, browned
    Onions, raw, 1 large, chopped large
    Garlic, 2 cloves, chopped fine
    Beans, red kidney, 2 cans, drained
    Crushed Tomatoes, 1 can
    Zucchini, 2 cup, sliced
    *Cumin seed, 1 tbsp
    Cilantro, dried, 1 tbsp
    Chili powder, 0.5 cup
    *Del Monte Petite Cut Diced Tomatoes, 1 can

Directions

Put it all in the crockpot, stir it up, turn the crockpot on low, go to work for the day.

Serving Size: makes 8 1.5-cup servings
