Introduction

Creamy soup that is great on cool days Creamy soup that is great on cool days
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    One onion, sliced
    Red potatoes, diced
    sliced mushrooms
    chicken broth
    beef broth
    Low fat cream cheese

Directions

Carmelize the onions in the margarine. Add the mushrooms and saute. Add beef and chicken broth. Add potatoes that have been cubed. Bring to boil and cook until potatoes are fork tender. Add cream cheese (it will melt and make the soup creamy)

Serving Size: Makes 8-10 hearty bowls
