This is the way my mother always made Sloppy Joe's.My cousin's kids thought it was the best ever, (after always having the kind made with can type or veggies or beans hidden (they knew) that they didn't like. Makes it low cal enough you can still have other things and be in the 300 cal range for a meal. This is the way my mother always made Sloppy Joe's.

8 tbsp Ketchup Heinz Reduced Sugar 75% less sugar,
1/2 medium onion chopped. Onions, raw
(optional 1 teaspoon brownsugar - artificial or natural not included in calories
Salt and Pepper to taste
Directions
Brown beef and onions. Add ketchup and mix.
