Ingredients

    1 can (14oz) 99% fat free chicken broth
    2 T. corn starch
    12oz skinless chicken breast

Directions

Brown chicken in skillet. Add broth to skillet. Make corn starch slurry with 2 T. water and corn starch. Slowly stir into chicken mixture. Let cook until desired thickness. Season as desired. (Salt, pepper, salt free seasoning blend, etc.) Serve over rice or pasta with pineapple chunks.
