1 C Gluten Free or Heart Smart Bisquick
1/4 C Egg Beaters
1/2 C Unsweetened Almond Milk
5 C Mixed Veggies
1 2/3 C Morning Star Griller's Crumbles
1/2 a container Trader Joe's Cream of Portabella Mushroom Soup
Equal amount of Water
1/4 C Fat Free Shredded Cheese
Heat Morning Star Crumbles for 1 minute in microwave.
In a small bowl, mix together equal parts soup and water
Mix thawed frozen veggies, soup, and heated chik'n in a 9 inch pie plate.
Top with cheese.
Whisk Bisquick, milk, and egg replacer in a separate bowl.
Pour Bisquick batter over mixture in the pie plate.
Bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
