Beef & Green Bean Casserole #2

Ingredients

    1 lb extra lean ground beef
    1 cup Minute Rice brown rice
    1 can 98% Fat Free Cream of Mushroom Soup
    1 15 oz can green beans
    1 cup 2% milk
    1 Tbsp Kikkoman lite Soy Sauce
    1 Tbsp Basil
    1/2 tsp garlic powder

Directions

- brown ground beef, drain any grease
- combine all ingredients in a medium casserole dish, cover
- bake at 350* for about an hour, until rice is cooked. May need to remove the cover and cook for a few more minutes to allow the liquid to fully absorb.

Serving Size: makes about 6 1-cup servings
