Homemade Pizza

Ingredients

    Unbleached flour
    Whole wheat flour
    Yeast
    Water
    Olive Oil
    Tomatoes
    Cheese
    Tomato Sauce
    Cornmeal

Directions

Mix yeast and lukewarm water (half cup) until it bubbles. Separately, mix flours with 1 tsp salt (and other seasonings like herbs and red pepper flakes if desired). Add yeast mixture and 1.5 tbsp olive oil to flour mixture. Mix in stand mixer until it forms a sturdy dough (about 8-10 min).

Roll into a ball and place in an oiled stainless steel bowl and cover with plastic wrap. Let dough rise in a warm spot about 2 hours. Flatten down to release air then cover and let stand another hour.

Roll out into desire size and cover with tomato sauce, cheese, tomatoes (any other desired toppings).

Bake at your oven's highest setting for 10 minutes.
