Linda's Spicy Chicken Chili

Introduction

Can be really spicy or not, depending on amount of cayenne you put in here. Absolutely delicious either way. Can be really spicy or not, depending on amount of cayenne you put in here. Absolutely delicious either way.
Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    1 lb (cooked) ground chicken
    1 - 796 ml can diced plum tomatoes
    1 - 540 ml can black beans
    1 - 540 ml can red kidney beans
    1 - 398 ml can beans in tomato sauce
    1 cup chopped celery
    1 cup chopped mushrooms
    1 cup chopped onions
    3 cloves smashed garlic
    tons of chili powder
    cayenne powder or Frank's Red Hot to taste
    salt and pepper

Directions

Fry your ground chicken with some pam. Throw everything else in and heat. Can be served right away but better if simmered for a couple of hours.
