Introduction

Sautéed apples and onions, a great side to pork tenderloin! I like to cook as directed, but then I add in a dash of whatever spice I am cooking my pork with to tie it in. Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    2 medium Onions, diced or sliced
    2 medium Apples, diced or sliced
    Chinese 5 Spice
    1 tsp Cooking Spray

Directions

Spray a non-stick skillet with cooking spray and cook onions over medium-high heat until slightly translucent. Add apples and 5-spice (any any other sauce) and cook until soft.

Serving Size: Makes 4 servings
