Good Habit Tuna Melt (Richard Simmons)

Ingredients

    5 oz. Can Starkist Light Tuna, Canned in Water
    2 Tbsp. minced Celery
    2 Tbsp. minced Onions
    2 Tbsp. Kraft Miracle Whip Light Dressing
    1 Slice Bread, reduced-calorie, wheat
    1 oz. Slice Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk
    Salt & Pepper to taste
    Dash of Oregano

Directions

1. Preheat broiler

2. In small bowl combine tuna, celery, onion, dressing, & mustard.

3. Add seasonings. Mix well.

4. Toast bread & spread w/tuna mixture. Top w/cheese.

5. Broil until tuna is hot & cheese has melted.
