Turkey Meatballs NO BREAD CRUMBS

Introduction

This is a lighter version of the regular ground beef meatball This is a lighter version of the regular ground beef meatball
Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    16 oz ground turkey
    1 egg
    1/2 cup Parmesan
    I clove garlic
    3 tbsp dried parsley (or 1/2 cup fresh)
    1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
    Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Combine the ground turkey, Parmesan, the egg, and the spices and mix. Coat a skillet with 1 tbsp olive oil and heat on medium low to medium heat. Form meatballs using 1 tbsp of mixture per meatball (dip hands in warm water in between). Cook until browning and done inside the meatballs.

Makes 35 meatballs
1 meatball = 1 serving
