IntroductionThis is wonderful on crackers or pretzels of your choice.
This is wonderful on crackers or pretzels of your choice.
8oz. cream cheese (light is fine)
1/2 c. Duke's mayonnaise (no sugar)
1/2 c. shredded Parmesan cheese (reduced fat)
4 oz. Phillip's crab meat (special)
Juice of 1 small lemon (about 1 tablespoon)
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 c. chopped green onions (optional)
1/2 tablespoon of Creole or mild coarse-grain mustard (optional)
1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper (optional)
Serve with slices of sourdough bread, crackers or pretzels.
Makes about 24 servings at about 2 - 3 tablespoon heapings.
