Popcorn Cauliflower

Introduction

Yummy side dish that my family loves! Low salt and low fat. Yummy side dish that my family loves! Low salt and low fat.
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1 large head cauliflower
    3 Tbsp olive oil
    3 tsp Mrs. Dash Original

Directions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Cut head of cauliflower into "popcorn" size pieces and place in large bowl. Toss with 3 Tbsp of olive oil. Sprinkle with Mrs. Dash seasoning (can add more if you like). Spread cauliflower on baking sheet pan and roast in over for 45 minutes. Turn 3-4 times during roasting. Serve immediately and enjoy!! Yum!
