Ingredients

    1 c. Bob's Red Mill Polenta, dry
    1 c. all purpose flour
    4 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. butter, melted
    1 egg
    1 c. milk, 2%

Directions

Preheat oven to 425. Mix all dry ingredients together. Separately whisk all wet ingredients together. Add wet to dry and mix just enough to wet all ingredients. Bake in greased 8" square glass pan for 22-25 minutes.
