Introduction

Ingredients

    Raisins, 25 grams
    Apples, fresh, 2 medium (2-3/4" dia)
    Flour, whole grain, 14 grams
    Cinnamon, ground, 1 tsp
    Baking Powder, 1 tsp
    Egg Yolk, 2 large
    Coconut Oil, 100 grams

Directions

Wet raisins in hot water, turmix.
Make a foam of the egg yolk, add coconut oil.
Grate apples, add to raisins.
Mix all.
Bake 180Cfor 25-30 min.

Serving Size: Gives about 1000g cake, so about 8x 125g slices.
