Chicken Stir Fry

Introduction

Low fat and low carb chicken and veggie stir fry Low fat and low carb chicken and veggie stir fry
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 tbsp light olive oil
    18.85 oz chicken breast
    2 tsp Splenda( 1 packet )
    1/2 cup soy sauce
    1/2 cup white wine
    2 tbsp corn starch
    1/4 tsp ground ginger
    1 tsp of minced garlic
    1 package stir fry vegetables

Directions

Heat 1 tbsp of olive oil in large skillet. Slice chicken breasts into thin strips. Stir frequently to cook until no pink is left about 10-15 minutes. Add vegetables and lower heat to med. Then mix in separate container, soy sauce, corn starch, white wine, ginger, garlic and splenda. Stir until corn starch is dissolved. Add to skillet and stir until sauce thickens. Serve over brown or white rice.
