Mix together dry ingredients. Blend together ICE COLD butter cut into cubes with a food processor or pastry cutters. Add 3-4 tablespoons of water until dough holds together when pinched. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
Serving Size: Makes a 9-inch round, intended to serve 6.
