Fried Green Tomatoes



Introduction

Very Healthy and filling. High Fiber and high antioxidants.
You can substitute corn meal or Bob's Red Meal Low Carb Baking Mix for the Flax Seed Meal also.

Ingredients

    1 Large Green Tomato
    1 large egg
    2 Tbsp of meal
    Olive Oil Spray
    Sea Salt

Directions

Spray a non stick skillet with olive oil
Inspect and wash tomato
Cut tomato into slices
Beat egg with fork and place slices in the egg
Lightly coat the slices with meal by using fork to place and turn over slices
Spray top of slices with oil and sprinkle with sea salt only on one side
Turn and cook on medium high to golden
