IntroductionGreat snack! Great snack!
1 slice whole wheat bread (whichever brand you prefer)
1 oz. fat free cottage cheese
1/2 tbsp ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp splenda
2. Spread the cottage cheese on top of the bread once it's toasted
3. Sprinkle 1/2 tbsp of cinnamon on the cottage cheese
4. Sprinkle 1/2 tsp of splenda on the cottage cheese
* You can also broil this in the oven. If you do this, don't toast the bread and pile all of the ingredients on top of the bread. Then stick it in the oven and broil it. Leave it in there until you think that it is toasted enough.
