1 8 oz tub of Cool Whip
1 8 oz package cream cheese, room temperature
1/2 cup powdered sugar
Whip together cool whip and cream cheese with an electric blender until smooth.
Add powdered sugar and whip until smooth for additional firmness.
Serving Size: depends on size of cake slices. Mine was 25 servings for bite size pieces with 1/2 inch icing on top
