Apple Crisp

Introduction

A dessert my whole family loves. A dessert my whole family loves.
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    4 or 5 large apples (Crispin or Mutsu)
    1 C flour
    1 C brown sugar
    1/2 C marg or butter
    dash of salt
    cinnamon to taste

Directions

peel and cut up apples and place in a cooking dish
put flour, brown sugar, cinnamon and salt in a bowl, add softened marg and mix by hand until it reasembles bread crumbs.

cook at 375 C for 30-35 mins.

Serving Size: makes 12" x 3" round dish
