Ingredients

    1 clove garlic
    1 mince onion
    3 chopped carrots
    2 ribs chopped celery
    3 med potatoes, cubed
    1 bay leaf
    3 C water

    1 can evaporated skim milk
    1 cup grated swiss
    1 c grated 2% milk cheddar

Directions

Boil all veggie in water until soft. Remove bay leaf and put in blender. Add evap milk.. Blend until smooth. Add grated cheese and serve.
